Sorry for the late response, went to the GP in Indy and came home to no power in 
central Ohio...

I have the Givi plate with the Triumph "kit" that marries it to the Triump rack. 
 It's a couple of hex cap bolts with "t" shaped capture nuts that put the two 
plates together.  I'm sure anyone could get similar parts at a hardware store, 
given you had the Givi plate and the Triump rack.  Works just fine too.
