Re: [St] Headlamp low beam question (Eoin Kirwan)

The only way to know would be to use a GPS. I'm pretty sure a 10% over read
is a safe rule of thumb.

I've seen 265kms/h on the speedo of my Daytona once, it wasnt really much
fun, I dont plan to repeat it. There's a big difference between 210 odd and
260 odd, my insanity switch flips at 210.

Two years ago I saw 270 odd on the dial of a 2006 ZX10 Kawasaki. The bike
was diabolical and the experience intimidating. I cant imagine what the
latest crop of crotch rockets must feel like.

Characterless, uncomfortable and unforgiving - not for me.

I dont really feel like sharing a cell with some tattood gangsters, the
Daytona is sweet at 150/ 160 kph and thats already pushing the boundries of
what the cops will handle.

cheers
