Polished heel plates and Dark Screen

maybe John King can get the faux CF while over in the uk to make a pattern 
and then produce the polished version.

Steve Lilley had contracted with an outside company for darker stock 
screens (It will be a JL exclusive - not a Triumph product). I belive he 
was going to offer tint and black, but as I remember they (the outside co) 
were really slow getting them produced. Maybe Steve can offer an update on 
time / price /etc.
