Way back when I was in college one poor unfortunate locked his helmet
to the side of his step through and headed off for a night on the
tiles. On his return he discovered his lid to be both wet and
malodorous. Guess the queues in the toilets must have been too much
for someone.
Ever since, I always carry my lid or lock it in the pannier.
Martin,
Demure and cultured Ireland.
Why haven't our British friends included helmet locks? Do they not wear
helmets across the pond, or just not steal them?
