[ST] U.S. Motorcyclists' Health Insurance

Hi All!

If you have not already contacted your senator and representative in
Washington regarding you opinion of the regulations proposed by the U.S.
Dept. of Health and Human Services which would allow insurance companies
to deny coverage for injuries sustained while participating in legal
activities, including motorcycling, the AMA has made it very easy to do
so.  If you go to http://www.amadirectlink.com/index.asp and click on
the article "Riders need to act now to protect their health benefits",
you can then link to the AMA Rapid Response Center.  If you type in your
zip code, it will allow you to send, via e-mail, the message composed by
the AMA with your signature or a message personally written by you. 
It's important for you to voice your opinion, either pro or con!
