[ST] clutch cable

 From a friend, who had the cables break on both his '01 ST AND his '01 
Speed Triple (lucky bastard):
   The cables both broke at the small circular welded- on bit that slips 
into a corresponding hole in the clutch lever.  He was told that they "were 
installed upside down".  Perhaps there is a bit of an offset, and the bit 
on the end of the cable chafes against the slot it fits in if not properly 
installed?
   At any rate, I'm carrying a spare in my tankbag for my ST...
