First off I don't believe that there is ONE jacket/ or suit that does 
it all. That said I think the Aerostich Darrien comes as close as it 
gets to one that does it all. The Darrien is waterproof, has very 
good armor, vents very well, has tons of pockets, is made to last, 
and with the fleece liner is warm to about 45 degrees.
