I agree.  It implied that the dealer believes that if you don't have to tilt
the bike very far to the left to see the oil level appear, everything is ok.
I don't agree, but I wonder just how much extra can be put in before there's
a really a problem.  I had one instance after a dealer oil change where I
still couldn't see the top of the oil level when the bike was on the side
stand.  I took it back to the dealer, and although they still didn't think
it was a problem, they did drain off the excess (I just don't know how much
excess that was).  I just assumed that they had dumped in all four litres
without checking.  Triumph's service manual specifies 4.00 litres, but only
for a dry fill, filter included.
