[ST] Ugly noise when cold

Barry,
    My '99 ST has never emitted noises with cold starts. I can hear the fuel
pump if I listen carefully (quiet whir for less than 2 secs). Your noise is
not "normal", but it sounds as though the dealer is saying it is not
something to be concerned about. If there is another dealer you can visit,
you might want a second opinion.
