I highly recommend a headlight modulator (kisan pathblazer) as
essential protection against the "I never even saw him"'s. 

Since fitting one on my RS about 3 months ago, the number of
incidences of cars pulling out/turning in front of me, or merging
into my space has decreased *dramatically*.

I've also rec'd word from Moto-Lights that they'll be at the San
Mateo
Motorcycle Show. I'm very interested to see their product
first-hand.
