The RS forks are damper rod. I recently installed Racetech emulators and
springs on my 01 RS. I used the .90 springs (I'm about 200 nekkid)
You would probably want the 1.00 springs. I didn't change the rear, and
I'm very pleased with the results. Better ride and control in every way.
Much less dive on braking.
