Sorry the name isn't familiar but then again there are quite a few folks on
the list. I've been an active participant for 3 - 3 1/2 years. I have an
88 Grey Hawk with some suspension mods, a complete M4 exhaust, and jetted
carbs. It certainly isn't the fastest bike I have (FZR1000) but it's still
a gas to ride. I had it out last weekend for a long ride through
Southwestern Wisc. I had very little trouble keeping up with the boys on
their Ducs as long as we stayed in the twisties, open roads were a
different story.

I'll probably take it to the Fall Eastern Hawk Rally (FEHR) which will be
HQ'd at Two Wheels Only campground (TWO) northeast of Atlanta at the end of
Sept. Looking forward to hitting those roads again!

I'm going to call the local Honda shop and see if they have a load tester
and probably order a new battery from them. They offer a 10% AMA member
discount, the Triumph dealer doesn't.

Later,

George
