I put ST bars on my RS.  they wer a near perfect bilt-on.  I had to 
drill one blind hole in each for the locating tabs on the control pods. 
    So, RS bars should be just as easy to install on an ST.  Since I 
don't know what year my ST bars came from, matching years may eliminate 
the drilling.
