I guess it depends on where you live. There are several RAT packs here in
PA. I'm trying to start one in Pittsburgh (www.pghratpack.com), but it's not
official yet. There's a "process" you have to go through to be an official
RAT pack.

Anyway, from what I can tell, some RAT packs have monthly meetings, some
don't. Most have a scheduled monthly ride (or more often), plus less
official, "Hey who's going to <insert event here>? Let's ride together."
type stuff. Then there are some official "RAT Raids". I'm going to the
"Allegheny RAT Raid" in St. Marys, PA (Allegheny Natl Forest) next weekend
(Aug 1-3).
