[ST] Please read - sending messages to the list

For those of us that love to read st@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx in Digest form (one 
big email per day), it is very difficult to follow your insightful 
conversations.

This is because every message has the complete thread of correspondence 
below it.  This is what happens automatically when you click the "Reply" 
button.

When replying, please remove all of the correspondence below your 
message, and only send the message that you type.  Of course, if you 
want to refer to a specific line or two, those could be quoted in your 
reply.  The problem is the repeated list of full transcripts.

Also, send your message in Plain Text only, not HTML and text.  This 
should be an option in your email program.
