[ST] Nut won't budge

Anyone else attempted removing the stake nut on the left side of the rear wheel assembly (in the center of the cush drive)? I have lifted the stake (and made sure that it was completely lifted), and I have been able to apply over 210 ft-lbs to the nut, and it won't budge.
First I had the bike on the center stand and most of the rear disassembled (as the service manual states to do), but with the amount of force I was applying, I was actually turning the engine (had the bike in first gear). So I put the rear wheel back together and on, and put the bike on the side stand - still won't budge. I've tried WD-40 and other penetrating oils as well - nothing. I'm getting frustrated!!!
Any thoughts or suggestions at this point would be greatly appreciated.....
