Well if my Sprint needed a paint job, it would definitely go the yellow
route. As it is, the Sprint is the only bike I've ever owned that I
haven't ever dropped (knock, knock) so that won't be happening soon.
I did look into painting our Del Sol VTEC in Ducati Yellow since the
clear coat has failed thanks to our salt air. Estimate came back at
$3000! Couldn't take more than a few swipes to paint a Del Sol, but it
was huge hours to remove and install everything that needed to come
off. If I win the lottery some day, I'll paint the Del Sol and have
them do the Sprint at the same time.
