Yeah, but this guy clearly stated he just got the bike. So if your going that far, you may as well. And no difference between a BMW and Triumph filter, straight from a BMW/Triumph dealer.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS replace the fuel line o-rings. Watch what goes
where, there are a lot thingys (technical term, I'm a mechanical
engineer) under there. If you take the tank off you may as well replace
the fuel filter while you are there. I use a BMW filter because they are
$20 not $50 (at least for my RS), and replace the gasket between the
plate and the tank.
