If you can make the short trip up towards Garland and Richardson (Jack, help
me out here), I'd recommend Fogo De Chow's
<http://www.fogodechao.com/>brazillian steak house. Google
Maps<http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=4300+Belt+Line+Road,+Addison,+Texas+75001&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=45.688268,73.388672&ie=UTF8&ll=32.95272,-96.844397&spn=0.047535,0.071669&z=14&iwloc=addr>
It's one of those Brazillion all-you-can-eat buffet where the staff brings
out huge skewers of delicious meat until you say 'no more!'
It's not cheap at ~$50 a plate for dinner, but it sure is good!
