The wheel is back, with out the bolt :-)

As many of you know, I had my wheels powder coated, first time
through they looked like sh*t. Second time through, with a simpler
colo[u]r to work with (satin black) they look great.

Problem is, they did not cover the bolts holes for the rotors. In
my excitement I tried test fitting one of the bolts into the wheel.
Got it jammed in there, and did further damage trying to get the
damn thing out with a sears easy out.

So, under advice, I took the wheel to a machine shop call 'EDM of
Garland'. They use a process that involves arc welding turned bad
on purpose to drill holes. Basically they can drill a hole in
anything that is conductive.

So next time you pouch the dog and bust a bolt, before you screw
up what the bolt is stuck in, find a machine shop that has these
facilities, I do believe the process is called EDM. And it cost me
$30 buck to save a $400 wheel.
