Didn't it also stem back to Chaparrel not allowing returns?  Arai has a
pretty liberal exchange policy so that you get the right size.  Even most
dealers (at least in my area) don't stock every size in the line.  While I
do agree Arai should have taken a different course of action that penalized
the mail order companies not allowing returns instead of screwing the
consumer, I'd rather know I can buy a helmet and exchange it if it didn't
fit.
