Looks to be a very cost effective suit at that price
with some nice features, but not all the one's I look
for.
I messaged some friends with the Highland pants and
here is what they had to say:
"They were find in the rain, no problems with leakage.
Not sure how they would do in day after day of
downpore though. They don't have any insulating
liner. I never had any problem with being cold, even
when I was in the rockies in Colorado and it was
snowing. Matter of fact, I was only wearing jeans
and a t-shirt under my gear, no thermal underwear.
The only thing cold was my hands because I didn't have
my heat grips hooked up. Basically cold weather
performance is good. Warmer weather is another story.
They don't breathe very well. My leather overpants
are morecomfortable."
