I just returned from the Laguna trip and averaged around 50 U.S MPG over
approx. 2000 miles of fairly spirited riding and multiple triple digit
runs. I have a 2000 RS and I went with a friend who has the same bike
who also averaged around 50 . This was with the soft luggage filled and
a duffle bag across the 2 side bags. Bike ran perfect the entire trip .
