Sorry to hear about the bike.  Its a terrible feeling when you realize that 
your bike is gone.  I had a 6 month old SV650 stolen.  It was the first year 
for them, and they only brought 2000 into the USA, and everyone wanted them 
for the track, so mine disappeared one nite.

The good parts of the story....

For once, an Insurance company was generous, and gave me more $$ than what 
they were going to because I couldn't replace the bike with a new SV. The 
agent called many Suzuki stores looking for one.  I got back the price of 
the bike minus $600.

And, It let me buy the (then) new Sprint.  ;)
