[ST] Oring throttle lock

Caterpillar is the source of the big orings; one is 8M5266, from the VFR
list, the other 8M4491 [or is it 8M4991?] from the BMW list. i also made a
good substitute from the industrial oring kit in my company's maintenance
department.

i did an unobtrusive bevel on the weight to give the oring better
traction.
