[ST] Is it time for the Insurance thead yet?

Same problems out here Al, so it's a global conspiracy methinks!  As a side
note to this, in a recent yacht race out here one of the contestants sought
insurance cover for the race, he was quoted $800,000!  He decided to risk it
(normally tabu) and raced without insurance and won!  I'm wondering if this
could be a prelude to an insurance rebellion?  Not before time I'd say.
